At Adorn Beauty Lounge, we value your time and ours. When an appointment is missed, canceled, or rescheduled without sufficient notice, it prevents us from accommodating other guests on our waiting list. To ensure fairness and efficiency, we kindly ask that all new and current guests provide a valid credit card to be securely stored in our system. All credit card information is encrypted through a secure electronic process.

By booking an appointment, you agree to the following cancellation terms:
24-Hour Cancellation Notice

Cancellations or changes made at least 24 hours in advance will incur no charge.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will incur a 50% fee of the scheduled service total.

No Call / No Show

Failure to provide any notice (no call/no show) will result in a 50% fee of the scheduled service total.

All future appointments will be automatically canceled and must be rescheduled.

Payment of Fees

Cancellation or no-show fees will be automatically charged to the card on file or added to your next appointment.

If these fees are not paid, future reservations may be denied or rescheduled at the owner’s discretion with prior notification.
