Appointments

CANCELLATION POLICY Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that time. We ask that all guests supply a credit card to have on our files. In the event that we do not receive the required notice for adjustments and cancellations the following fees will automatically be applied to your card or the fee will be applied to your next appointment. In the event that cancellation fees are not paid your reservation will be denied or bumped at owner’s discretion w/notification.​

​CANCELLATION NOTICE less than 24 hours prior to your appointment and NO CALL NO SHOW will be responsible for a fee of $25.00. In the event of no show, all future pre-booked appointments will automatically be canceled and will need to be rescheduled.

​LATE ARRIVALS may shorten the length of your service(s) with full charges applied. If you are more than 10 minutes late, it is possible that your reservation will need to be rescheduled.
