Our Policy

We’ll Take Care of You

TO OUR VALUED GUEST

​

Your appointments are very important to Adorn Beauty Lounge LLC. Time allocated for an appointment is reserved especially for you. We do understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for adjustments to your appointments and for cancellations. All of our policies are designed to benefit our guests and provided in the best quality and tradition of excellent servicing for our established and future clientele.

CANCELLATION POLICY 

Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services they need. We ask that all new and current guests supply a credit card to have on our files. All cards on file are added to the system via a secure electronic process that ensures the information is encrypted and remains secure. This will be done when you book your appointment online. In the event that we do not receive the required notice for adjustments and cancellations the following fees will automatically be applied to your card or the fee will be applied to your next appointment.  In the event that cancellation fees are not paid your reservation will be denied or bumped at owner’s discretion with notification.​

24 HOUR CANCELLATION​

  • Notification given at least 24 hours prior to your appointment will receive no charges.

  • Notification given less than 24 hours prior to your appointment will result in a 50% charge of your booked service.

 

NO CALL NO SHOW​

No notification given is a no call no show  and will be responsible for a 50% charge of your booked service.  In the event of a no show, all future pre-booked appointments will automatically be canceled and will need to to be rescheduled. 

These fees are put in place to prevent the business and employees of Adorn Beauty Lounge LLC from any financial loss that is caused when these events occur. Thank you for your understanding. ​

LATE ARRIVALS​

Please keep in mind that arriving late for a service may shorten the length of your service(s) with full charges applied, so as not to inconvenience other guests. We regret that late arrivals will not receive extension of scheduled appointments. If you are more than 10 minutes late, it is possible that your reservation will need to be rescheduled. Please understand at times when your stylist may run behind schedule we do our best to accommodate each valued client to receive their full service and to be done in a timely matter.

​CONFIRMATION EMAILS AND TEXT MESSAGES​

As a courtesy, we will send out an email and text to confirm your service appointments two business days prior to your appointment date. We do understand how easy it may be to forget an appointment therefore all our appointments are confirmed 48 hours prior via email for your convenience. Please ensure that we have your current email address and mobile number on file in order to be able to do so in a way that may be beneficial to you.  It remains your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments and help us service our guests better by providing enough notice to avoid the cancellation fees.​

RE-DO POLICY​

We have a 72 hour touch up policy.  The touch up must be within 3 calendar days of original service.  This policy is for all services provided.  ​

REFUND POLICY​

All service, sales and gift card sales are final. Promotions can be exchanged for store credit only. Retail items can only be refunded if unused, in its original packaging, and presented with a receipt within 14 days of purchase.

TOUCH-UP APPOINTMENTS (EYELASH EXTENSIONS)​

Our touch-up services are allocated to a specific time; 60 minutes, to prevent appointments overlapping into the next scheduled appointment and to avoid a long wait time.

If you are missing a large amount of lashes, your stylist will get you lashed evenly and as full as possible with in the allocated time that is scheduled.

If you are late, your stylist will get you lashed evenly and as full as possible with the time remaining with full charges applied for your scheduled service(s).

If you have excessive make up or debris in your lash line, it can take up to 15 minutes to cleanse your lashes. This will take away from the time scheduled for your touch-up appointment. 

To ensure that you get the most out of your touch up appointment, arrive on time without any make up around your eye area. Basic lash cleaning is included in your appointment.

NEW CLIENT TOUCH UP (EYELASH EXTENSIONS)​

This appointment is a 90 minute service, which includes a consultation, when lashes were previously done by another stylist.  During the consultation, we will look at lashes and decide if we are able to lash (add extensions) to someone else’s work.  If the eyelash extensions are able to be added, the service will continue.  It will take 2-3 touchup appointments to see a difference.  If we are not able to continue service, we will recommend a complete removal of eyelash extensions, free of charge, with full set.
